Attorney Scott Stensaas has a private law practice focusing primarily on estate planning including wills, trusts and probate estates. His legal services include preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, financial and health care powers of attorney, real estate contracts and transaction documents such as deeds, land contracts and leases.
Scott graduated with his Bachelors of Business Administration, with high distinction from the University of Michigan (now Ross) School of Business Administration. He received his JD, Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. After graduation, Scott worked for the Michigan Migrant Legal Assistance Project for four years advocating for and representing migrant farm workers in judicial and administrative proceedings. Subsequently he served as in-house corporate counsel for businesses, before starting his own private law practice in 1993.
